Our Privacy Policy

  • If, for any reason at all, you find yourself not 100% satisfied with the result of the clean, please do not hesitate to let us know, so we can do everything in our power to correct the problem. We will always do our best!
  • If you find an area that was damaged, mistreated, or not properl y cleaned, and you would like us to return to touch it up, please leave it until we arrive, so that we may see exactly what state we left it in.
  • As homes get older, areas such as toilet bowls, sinks, grout, silicon, baths, and showers can become stained by water or damaged by mould. While we always try our best to leave things sparkling clean, we cannot guarantee that an aged area will look like new even after a deep clean
  • We reserve the right to leave a cleaning before it is completed under the following circumstances
  • An area is hazardous to our health
  • The job is too big to be completed within the time paid for and additional time has not 
been agreed upon.
  • Please inform us of a change at least 48 hours before the scheduled clean. If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the scheduled clean, you will be billed for 50% of the agreed-upon fee.
  • To reschedule a clean, please give us as much notice as you can.
  • Your satisfaction is always our #1 priority. Open communication throughout the process will help to ensure this!
